Mission: Visit both days of the Brooklyn Flea
Saturday 10am-5pm in Fort Green (outside)
Sunday 10am-5pm at One Hanson/Williamsburg Savings Bank (indoor)
I’m far from pre-k and couldn’t take the heat without a sack lunch. But my homework for the weekend was to take a two-day field trip to the Brooklyn Flea. Saturday was a cruise to hell—90 degrees outside, followed by Sunday’s indoor bank flow. My thrift goons Sophia and James accompanied me as I was set out to see if I still had the golden eye. I found a few goodies but other than the nick-knacks, I’ll make a drive by just for the fresh squeezed watermelon juice. Yea! Think real hard on that one. I had a special moment with that juice I swear.
