I stay equipped with tints provided by Grey Ant but their clothing line Grey Antics may have been the only thing getting me through these pass few hotter-than-hot days in the rotten apple. Believe the hype cause you’ll miss them if you blink twice. I tried to do my best with dressing for the weather, maybe a little boat right, or an outing by the pier but the weather begged to differ. I just cut out the best parts and pasted them all together.

Shout out to the youngest team doing it–#EpiphanyMedia and to Timberland for popping my boat-shoe cherry–Timberland Women’s Classic Amherst 2-Eyed Boat Shoes. Which also came with a Timberland carry-all bag and a premium Timberland blanket. Being with their Tastemaker Family I think I pulled off the look well… right?

I prepared myself for heat and Georgia has been giving me New York mornings and Paris nights. Beanies and shades hide me from the Darling Nikki’s on every corner. Even though I feel at home here, this is still too much alley cat for me. Soon I’ll be heading down the yellow brick road where there’s tea time and farm animals. My brother likes to call it a ‘one horse town’. I call her Kansas, and when I reach the gravel driveway I’ll call up the doctor–you know the one—Mr. Everything’ll Be Alright…

Maybe I ain’t good enough for the offices. My  boy Jerald Copper picked up a new client and I asked me to creative direct streetwear brand Akomplice’s lookbook. I’m learning fast that this industry is 20 percent glamour and 80 percent what the client wants and their budget.

Congratulate my boy Diggy on being signed to Atlantic Records. Oh yea its that serious, the mixtape wasn’t just for your entertainment. And this summer we’re bringing you guys something real special. I know you didn’t think we were just posing for photos–did you?  I needed a new hustle–I do a little bite of everything. The youth is the future and we must join. I had an old school sidewalk talk with my boy and his partner Javany Perez–together they’re Young Crafters. After the talk we got him fitted up in nothing but the best–The Brooklyn Circus of course. The movement is about to blow. #TellemDiggy!

Team Motown just added a new member, meet our new client–recording artist D-Why. We in the studio working on his press kit. He wanted me to style a look but I’m no stylist, so I said all black everything. Lights out–Ray Charles. D-Why told me not to talk too much, but they telling me that Phif and I on the internet so we should spit it but you should buy it–that’s just good business. So for now I’ll just give you a little preview of what’s to come–music and videos coming soon…

If you won’t take a photo for me then we can’t be friends. I document my life don’t act like this is brand new. I’ll make sure you get your face time on The Boots. Clubs have turned into the new conference rooms, but this was all play.

I finally found a vintage leather boomer jacket. We made-out all night at Goldbar. Although spring is here, she’ll sit pretty in my closet til October comes. I held it down there for a minute on Wed nights, then passed the baton to my boy Ronald. Catch him on wed nights toasting with gold sculls and the dope oil paintings.

The return of Sophia Loron and my new but oldie boy toy–Sebatisan. He lets his tats show and wears fur caps, he dances on couches and gives bad boy looks. We’re all familiar with Miss Sophia. She doesn’t have any tats (yet), she’ll wear your fur cap if you put it in her lap, she’s probably danced on your mother’s couch and always gives– looks.

Whenever I see a piano, I have flashbacks to my childhood being in church early and feeling so tempted to go Ray Charles in. Once the Belvedere hit me, the temptation came to life. Tyler and I gave the ladies and gents a show. Although no one was paying attention I got my life. After my stage time, I started to let my camera do the talking. I don’t care for the crisp photos and everyone posing all the time. Blurring shots are sometimes my favorites–there’s beauty in imperfection.

I heart Happy Socks. I wear them everyday.

We ended the night making brownies and sipping chai tea, which is my favorite. Mr. GeniusHatesCo is Betty Crocker in the kitchen.

Dee and Ricky took over the New York scene so it was only right that we team up together. We still have the lego heart collaboration cooking in the oven; when it’s finished I’ll make sure you get the first piece.
