Now it’s Fall 2009. My first solo party: Property of October; custom invite birthday cards, grand opening of Cowboys & Poodles art gallery. And you would think after all of my internships and Summers in New York that I would’ve proven myself right? Wrong there were even more doubters…

After coming off from a successful summer ride with the Epiphany team I had alot of shit to figure out. I rapped New York in a box and sealed it with a kiss within 3 months: countless numbers of VIP events; Kanye West private concert & Dj Cassidy’s birthday party just to stunt on a few, and all social festivities alike. I could not return to my lateboots.blogspot.com home, it just didn’t feel right. So I respectively declined my own invitation to continue entertaining a handful of followers and broke for a few months– I handed you a bouquet of black roses and focused on school and event throwing. Property of October was my baby. I invited Atlanta influencers; young, relevant and flashy. Each invitee was given a silver Marquis Phifer card with instructions via my website. I took the night; small crowd, big fashions, hors d’ourves and Moet. You know I’m social with alot but like very few. Small, intimate and private was the fragrance of the evening. Some notable guest included Project Runway’s Mycheal Knight, Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Dwight Eubanks, and Harlem Heights Briana Marie. If you’ve been following LateBoots since the orgin Fall ’07 then I trust you know my war path. Now I know you like it when I talk my shit, but sometimes I like to smooth it on out.  I talk shit so damn well, I wrote a post about. Wanna see it, here it go.
