Loyalty Is Vintage

June 7, 2010  |  Registration

Own boss–own yours, that’s why I don’t speak too often; made men are not suppose to make statements. The irony of me talking $hit is sort of like I’m using it. Thanks to Coltrane I’m gettin paper–you recycle…

I’ve been dying to say: your relevance is not defined by what you say on Twitter or Facebook–according to those social networks everybody seems to be hustling. “The term “hustler/hustla/hustling” has lost its true meaning. You not out their grinding, you just at places taking pictures”.-@MarquisPhifer

Believe it or not I prefer giving instead of receiving–I like preparation meets surprise. But when I receive I like to receive big. So I decided to stop talking and the climb took less steps than Britney. Plus I got a Morehouse business degree coming too.

Lets go back to school:

Coltrane Curtis is the founder of Team Epiphany, a NYC-based influencer marketing and public relations agency servicing clients like PepsiCo, Yahoo!, and P&G to name a few.

Prior his helm at Epiphany, Coltrane worked for Ralph Lauren, became Vice President of Marketing for Marc Ecko Enterprises, was featured as the only on-air fashion VJ for MTV, he is the spokesperson for the City of NY and one of Paper Mag’s 50 most beautiful people.

Coltrane RESISTS SIMPLE by helping to lead a new generation of game changers through eduction. He is a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Morehouse College and at the Miami Ad School.

I hope this helps you start your week off right.

Very true words Marquis. Most people who talk all day about “grinding” produce very disappointing results. “Show and prove” is ALWAYS the best option. Coltrane is definitely a good example of that.
