We’re young, sometimes flashy, but most importantly: cultured. Last night we were off to see the King; a program in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King put on by Morehouse students…
Now let’s not get it twisted, I’m very concerned with fashion but sometimes when you learn your history it makes us appreciate these garments even more. Oh and the fight continues because every great leader was once a servant.–I serve you indirectly. Think about it when you’re alone. Lo, Kenneth and me Mr. Popular put on our capital hill conservative wear, we posed for a few pictures at the VIP reciption, mingled with the Miss Maroon and White Court and then took our seats on the 3rd row. I must get off myself and applaud the producer Michael G. Fields, and the writer Jihad Kheperu for putting on such a entertaining–yet informative show–clap, calp; bravo.

But the final scene of the night co stars President Robert Franklin of Morehouse College and me Mr. Popular–what a wonderful feeling to have your Presidents direct attention and support. Is Phifer the new face of Morehouse?—what kind of dream is this? This is somewhat close to my heart because I’ve ALWAYS wanted to be a Morehouse Man, I’ve ALWAYS wanted to attend this college and NOW that I’ve accomplished my presence at this school I respect the grounds even more. LET ME HAVE MY TAYLOR SWIFT MOMENT. Dr. Franklin always tells me to continue to rep our college–and you have my word Dr. Franklin. I have an interview with Vibe magazine on Friday regarding some House issues and also a feature/interview in the yearbook. Im’ trynna be inducted into Morehouse history. You see which party I’m in. Right? I want my graduation to resemble an audience of the Oscars; sit Emil Wilbekin next to Bevy Smith who sits besides Fonzworth Bentley. An all star cast.

Phifer for Morehouse President 2025? I love this and your ensemble!
