If you ever home to Houston you must visit the Ragin Cajun, it’s like New Orleans, Texas. My dad is real good friends with the owner so when we come we eat good. I’ve ordered the samething since the 90′s and nothing has changed…
Only a selective few know about creole food; boudin, crawfish, etouffee accompanied by zydeco music–ayyeeee babbbbe. You hungry yea? Oh I’m in desperate need to hit up Louisiana this summer! The food there is amazing. But just incase I can’t fit it into my schedule Ragin Cajun is the best place for some creole flavor.

When eating boiled crawfish you must have corn & red potatoes
Shrimp poboy is the best thing on the menu
Ahh boudin, see yall gon have to Google that one!
I love creole food.
