New York-based fashion design duo Dee & Ricky have lent their trademark retro style for the second time to the G-Shock GA-111DR. This limited edition chronograph perfectly pairs an extra-large analog/digital with the Dee & Ricky design sensibility seen on fashion runways and metropolitan sidewalks worldwide. The design draws on primary colors to mimic the appearance of a toy watch, much like the duo’s signature Lego-based designs, all which pop against the white backdrop. A never-before-seen G-Shock technique combines contrasting LCDs, gear-shaped hands and other parts to create a distinct multidimensional effect exclusive to the GA110DR. To further customize the timepiece, the Dee & Ricky logo appears on the band and the engraved backcase features the Dee & Ricky caricature. Remaining rooted in G-Shock technology, the Dee & Ricky x G-Shock is JIS Class Level I magnetic resistant to protect against the effects of magnetic fields often found in airport metal detectors. Details: Just in time for the holidays, finally! It’s been years (I’m being dramatic) for this video to be released, and it’s here. Now as “Party” seems to be a fan favorite, I’m sure you all can relate to the videos treatment; house party. Oh stop being bougee, I think trailer parks are the new gated homes. Everyone at the LateBoots office scrambled in front of their desk to enjoy it. And we did. I love the homemaker Houston, Texas baby Bey. The video features J.Cole, Solange, Kelly Rowland, Shaun Ross, Coco & Breezy and alot of the NYC party culture–most of them I know, (you’ve seen them on here). Have fun with it!

Life’s my soul sista. Please darling do come out and play. Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day? Captain pulled up the anchor to Rick James-Super Freak. I hadn’t seen the aqua view traveling, so we took the scenic route all the way to black. On the dock , they didn’t see me because I pulled up with my other friends. Last week I was in that barco with Grae and Katherine. New York, “I’ve had a hell of a summer, so don’t take this too hard.” But how many people do you know to take it this far? Imagine us bringing in the night motor boating with Marvin’s greatest doused in waves. We can take a priceless picture in this city–so cinematic, so cinematic. “Life can be so nice, it’s a wonderful world sweet paradise.”

Artist: Jacob El Hanani, born in Casablanca, Morocco in 1947. He attended The Tel Aviv School of Fine Artsin Tel Aviv, Israel and the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He lives and works in New York City. He’s known for his ability to draw fabrics.

This is what our evenings have come down to: pouring with the best of them. I mean, after being in the Hamptons with Susan L. Taylor and then going to her private home–to having wine with Jacob; we call him that. It was decided: why would we be out event hopping. We spend our nights doing homework with the Greats. Such an eventful day. Hours following the filming of the previous post Groovy Power Clap, Sham & I went to the penthouse–which use to be damn near the projects back in the day–of artist Jacob El Hanani. His spot is located on Broadway across from Topman. He told us his rent use to be one hundred and fifty dollars, but now it’s worth three million. Yes gag.

We sat and had conversations for hours, took a sneak peak at his upcoming works and had the best wine.
This is what life is about. 31st century: how you get two black kids hanging out with person from Morocco
that was born in 1947 and that have accent. You be like–what huh? Huh what?
But it’s no language barrier when you talk inspiration and being inspired.

Event: Nike World Basketball Festival, Radio City Music Hall

I got on my vintage Versace shades on tonight/I’m bringing Versace back. I said, I’m bringing Versace shades back! Ha! And Lastnight I headed to the 2010 Nike World Basketball Festival; Jay-Z performed and Phifer got his ticket personally from @jameelspencer, the Chief Marketing Officer for the Roc Apparel Group–overseeing the marketing for Rocawear, State Property, Pro Keds, Team Roc and all of the brands under the umbrella of the Roc.

Phifer is the new printing press; tell your friends I said HELLO.

Saturday from 3-7pm, kids over 21 crowed this warehouse on West Street to witness performances by Roc Nations own J.Cole & Wale brought to you by Heineken–Inspire #concert. But ofcourse we had to hit you with that HEAT ROCK–the secret was Rick Ross, #specialguest. When he hit the stage the whole crowd went up in a roar. And everyone came out.

Block party was in Soho, lol but everyone was reppin their hood from Queens, BK, but I’m trying to start a FDBC–Financial District Boys Club.
