My good friend Sean Brown recently launched a new photography site — Photo.BySeanBrown, along with a preview of his coffee table book. Sean’s book is a highlight reel of photos from 2009-2011. Book release date TBA. Sean Brown will be doing a photo exhibit shortly. While on his stay in New York (by way of Canada), we sat down to discuss future endeavors. And of course, Brown came equipped with his film camera to document the journey. Prints are also available at http://photobyseanbrown.blogspot.com/

I’m bringing Sexy Back–I’ve been lifting weights;Stone Cold Steve Austin (I’ve always wanted to say that @MarquisPhifer I just at’ed myself–I’ve always wanted to do that). Next I might walk into the W Hotel with no shoes on; we’re passed the double cheek kisses; going straight for the lips. May I? Look, tell me your dreams and aspirations; what’s your future plans what’s your motivations. They say chivalry is dead; then why is (present tense because I’m the present) everyBody at my hosted gig (whispers: the choice is yours). I want to give a handsome applaud to Wil May & Jarrod Levine who manages my Bright Lights Bigger City moments. Thank you.
+ Prince Charles of NaVier co-authored the night along with Dj DIBIASE–one of the best music composers on the scene–anywhere! Sick. I’m having lunch with him soon; he has great taste. When you think of my friends & I–Black Beluga caviar should pop into your head. Sitting at the table high powered couple style–with my fathers features. –>Inside Story
One more reason to fall for the love below. Where’s my b-f-f? Recovery with the bestest; we got to play in the sunshine. Some things may not seem to go together — like me and “cowabunga, dude!” –well, no surfers actually rode waves on my trip. But the beach bods were definitely in play. My Diana Prince is starting to bleed into my Wonder Woman, tonight I’m going to find my four-leaf clover. Would you tell me when you think we’ve crossed the line? Blink your eyes. One for yes. Two for no.

Elvis would sing for this one.
You want to know one of Sham’s favorite’s of places to visit? The beach towns of Charleston, SC, a marathon of beautiful interactions. We don’t resort to violence, we on resorts and islands. Sorry that was just an ad-lib. First sand of the season, when the real me comes alive. In the deepest ocean…the bottom of the sea…is our southern backyard. Nothing is wrong if it feels good, right? Everybody leaves if they get the chance, and this was my chance to get a mini tan before the summer. I hit the bottom and escaped–southern shade.

Falling Whistles (click to visit site) is a campaign for peace in Congo. They ask that you to wear your protest and be a whistle blower for peace. It is a pleasure that the fellow people at Falling Whistles would like to use myself and LateBoots as a platform to disseminate the message about the war in Congo. Together, we’ll become the voice of a growing coalition for peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I am beyond thrilled to be apart of such an awesome and provoking campaign.
The Falling Whistles campaign launched with a simple response – make their weapon your voice and be a whistleblower for peace in Congo. Read the story and buy the Whistle (click to visit store). Together we partner with local leaders to advocate and rehabilitate for those affected by war. Share their story and speak up for them.
Notable Whistle Blowers include: Beyonce, Rihanna, and Gwyneth Paltrow. I am excited to be in the line up of people who are wearing their protest, I was sent my Whistle piece and now I’m a Whistle blower for peace. My spread for this piece will soon follow.

So you think you’re fly? Try again. I’ll place my west coast affiliates on your highest bidder. This is lightweight to a champion; similar to scrolls in the park. But they’re on the west coast– Beverly Hills and boulevards. If you want a taste of LA style at it’s best then click click click onto the next page after this message: “TI$A introduces a new aesthetic on LA style, with the clips from their later to be released style documentary. Shot on location throughout Los Angeles, this piece features specific items that will be debuting throughout the Summer months, along with hinting at the introduction of the FW11 Loafer collection.”
+ “I want to be so fucking dope that it offends people…I want people to feel a little disrespected when I show up.”

Don’t be scared to run this–run this–run this back. Hello World! I trust that all is well. Yes, I am doing well–I’ve been plotting and planning new summer business, alot of meetings no offers yet (a Jay-Z verse, it just sounded good to use). Please take a gander back to your calender of March; I made a Reprise to New York during my Spring Break. After seven days of working (oppose to laying by the sunset) I had massive amounts of photos that I wanted to post, but they didn’t make the cut. Unleash the unreleased–I heard from a bird that you sleep when you die, so I turned into a Dove–watch me Fly. My whole mental; ain’t shit to lose. LateBoots Nation; lite like some roman candles. Boy this blog is crazy! Coltrane Curtis on my right, Team Epiphany on my left; I’m safe. Now let’s get back to bizness.

“Working with brands, creating the future”
Wake-up Call: 3:30 a.m. and I’m taking off like a rollercoaster while you were dreaming on Sealy. I played the part with some New Angeles kids who just killed this New York shoot. And guess who’s sitting in the producer’s chair? Chris Stamp. He’s no stranger to LateBoots; his name should be tatted on your brain by now. While visiting New York, Stamp introduced me to his business venture–Cornerman Productions. The Cornerman is a creative branding and production agency, working between Los Angeles and New York. We focus on bringing our clients innovative point of views, through a taste level without precedent. The collective is run by a group tastemakers consisting of Art Directors, and Photographers, all masters of their trade. Check inside for a day in the life of a 14 hr day.
+ I could get used to the production side–Let’s exchange angles. “camera phone captures everything the camera don’t”

If you’re 21+ come here, I got something for your mind. The destination? The New York atSuperfun party of course. You know, your girl’s favorite party. It was a rainy night so my hair laid straight back coupled with thick collars to block the wind. The theme for the night was ‘downtown girls.’ And I was down but a ‘going uptown’ girl that could use a sexy situation– Sebastian took the night off. But let me drop some facts. Take an educated guess on how a night could go with murals of Roman warriors adorning the walls and sex- red everywhere to match my nails…I wanted to feel the beat of the Romans yet my request for grapes fell through; the bottle service though came out on time, as did the crowd. With capacity at 80, we kept it real OG, I mean lowkey. You know, just like I love it.

NBRHD | Behind the Scenes with Sham Shirley
There’s something greater than the result, more lasting. “There ain’t no rules around here. We’re trying to accomplish something.” I’ve been giving all my good-good time to being more hands-on and patient with the creative process. Welcome to my re-introduction to some familiar faces. To make myself extra lovable, I dressed them up in Raun Larose and wiped the ground with some sneakers from this dude in California, LA — Chris Stamp. Instead of giving you the usual, I switched places with a few young mavens from the city and laced them Stampd’ LA. We’re building a climate where the truth is heard. There are a lot of bruises when leading the way. But that comes with the territory. I’m going for a personal record. Everything will be fine.
