Rehab: All duties suspended for two days. Sometimes it’s an instinct to fly. Relaxation is everything — It’s the answer. But in moderation. “Don’t for one second feel guilty”, is what they tell me. My quality of life is buzzing at a 10 right now and the materialistic piece of the pie isn’t close to half of my joy. Are your eyes prepared to comprehend this? Impeccable tans that leave the smell of vacation. Ocean glow perfecto during the months of May through September. I’m like a Ferrari in the middle of a junkyard here. Ain’t that peculiar. There’s no nightlife, it’s more like a sure pleasure spa that keeps on giving. Next stop, wonderland at the dock. Come join in and put your hands up for the camera.![11[1]](http://www.lateboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/111.jpg)

2012 YOUNG ALUMNI AFFAIR AT LIFE NIGHTCLUB: Phifer and his sui generis mix of rap bravado, and old-fashioned showbiz razzle-dazzle appeared at the 2012 Young Alumni Affair At Life Nightclub in Atlanta on Friday night. He was accompanied by his close friends a female entourage.
I am the King and will not be hated. I am known for pictures like this. I present to you a piece of your highness history. Welcome my Morehouse Graduation prelude celebration. Alumni and students gathered from all around the world to return to their Alma Mater and reconnect with one another and take part in the festivities. The annual Young Alumni Affair was attended by all things embossed last Friday–at Life Nightclub. This is an exciting time for us. This post comes as my inaugural one as a Morehouse Man. Thank you all for your congratulations on Sunday! I’m with my other-other chicks in a tank and blazer draped Morehouse alumnus!

Good morning America. This after the “Get Wet” pool party story will be told in 11 photos or less. The Pryourity 908 Goods Co. celebrated their Summer 2012 Collection release on Saturday, May 12th at The Sorelle Pool in Buckhead. The grill was lit, Fresh Start Productions snapped photos, and The Pryourity team had the music bumpin with Heineken beer flowing on site! In addition, select pre-sale items from the 2012 collection were made available for purchase. Because this was a limited-invite event, we carried the “we like to party” moment to a penthouse in the sky. Grab your towel and get your life off these 11 photos or less!

I woke up on the upper east side, but Brooklyn will call you home even if it’s just for a day. I may take some notes, although this is not my first.
In a world where public appearance is absolute, I exist in the best terms that I can — celebrating beauty. And little fuschia stain all around the rim rim rim, just to let you know I’m bout it-bout it. Not that you care for a silly rhyme frontin’ an old cliché, but you have just accessed the NEW ORDER. Hold onto your wigs. This is a bust. Kind of like Bonnie and Clyde, Cecil and I. “The strangest damned gang you ever heard of.” We don’t really fight. I’m sitting back just chilling. My job ain’t a job, it’s a d*** good time. They call us entertainment, but Sham is not flower. –>Inside Story
Life’s great, isn’t it? Escape is at hand for the traveling (wo)•man. And they say, “Sham, where you been?” Trying to re-create an episode of Extreme Yachts with No Reservations on my mind. You see the source of my motivation, right? But for one of the best bloody mary’s in the city, I run to The Breslin at The Ace Hotel for brunch with Linds. Not for pancakes, bacon, and waffles — No No No. The fried peanut butter and banana sandwich with a side of eggs is a gold mine. Trust!
+ April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman, owners of The Spotted Pig, opened their latest Michelin-starred restaurant, The Breslin, inside Ace Hotel New York. The hearty, meat-centric menu emphasizes artisanal products, small growers and farmers, and seasonality. The Breslin menu embraces “nose-to-tail” cuisine methodologies and offers handmade terrines, sausages and charcuterie. Rich, salty, roasted flavours predominate.

Flight 2704: I took a late flight just to get welcomed by those city lights. At the airport they check all through my bag and tell me that it’s random. Lindsay and I go way back , we don’t talk-talk we just ride the wave. #whereintheworldiscarmensham•diego? Name that city! Hint: Lady Liberty

Trophied. It gets no stronger. They try to. But few have actually. She like my style but I talk too fast–and I got that drive and she just might crash. Hold up, let me adorn you. Only if I say so. Tap into your brain just to feel your ego. I can’t wait to actually put my family on. And I won’t even be mad if you called me Bruno Mars tonight. Because, my hair is feathered! A flagrant angel just got his wings in heaven. Re: 2:18am. @Shesoverdressed & I just tapped into our ego. Get your life if you’re still living! Showing off facual struture–I’m such a show off. PHIFER & FRIENDS LENOX GRILL: Friday evening, Phifer was seen having lunch with friends Dee & Ricky at Lenox Square Grill in the posh area of Buckhead, Atlanta. The group dined Last Supper style on whole chickens and fried green tomatoes.
Yall listening right. We are giving you The Last Supper. Phifer is partaking in lunch with Dee & Ricky. Dee & Rick ordered whole chickens( like we gave them first and last names). Let me play with your senses. Experiences from my table, and not to sound pompous (do you see the waiter) I need a shot from a boy to a KING–share a spark with me. Tap into your Ego–this is Luxury Blogging- rich & grandeur posts–and private lunch parties. Watching us do our thing may be harmful to your eyes. We like the poster kids who are really gettin it. Techno team, let the brands talk. My friends came to town– and we were laughing at the table because our dreams ain’t dreams no more (later this evening we had dinner with Kenny Burns at an undisclosed location).

We may be from small towns, but we’re pretty sure we can get down with the best of ATL. And we did just that, at the Atlanta launch dinner on Tuesday night for Kanon Organic Vodka. At one of the famed cocktail-pairing dinners–a different cocktail for each course–Kanon had Mixologist Eric Simpkins, of The Lawrence making sure that the Kanon cocktails were on point, and the phenomenal Chef Shane Devereux, also of The Lawrence, making sure that guests were fed a meal worthy of royalty (those are our roots, after all.) Any Kanon launch party isn’t complete without some special details. And since they’re not into doing things halfway, they made sure that the entire thing was sustainable too. The menus were printed on wildflower seed paper that guests, including Marquis Phifer and Sham Shirley of LateBoots, could take home and plant for actual flowers. Very cool.
+ They enlisted our new friend, Atlanta-based artist Jarno Kettunen to make sure the table was covered in style. And, since we’re all for spreading the love, at the end of the meal they had all of the guests tear off the parts of the illustrations that they liked best, to take home and frame. And lastly, if you know anything about cocktails, you should know that they’ve never met an herb they didn’t like. So Kanon gifted each of the guests with a dill plant potted in a vintage bell jar. All in all, it was an awesome foray into the Atlanta scene. Click through to see ATL’s finest enjoying their first tastes of a party the Kanon way… –>Inside Story
