The sister duo, Venus and Serena started playing tennis together in 1985 Compton, California. In ‘98 Serena graduated from high school and signed a $12 million dollar deal with Puma. Shortly after, in 2000 Venus won Wimbledon and U.S Open, which was her first Grand Slam singles victory and signed a $40 million contract with Reebok.

The sisters together have set fashion and style trends worldwide in tennis. Their wardrobe choices are more exciting then the U.S Open. With 43 career singles titles, Venus along with Justine Henin leads active players on the WTA Tour and is tied for 10th overall in all-time titles. Friday, I had my second meeting at the Rocawear Head Quarters, you do remember what happened on July 13th no? And after our lunch meeting, Roc Nation granted Phifer a little camera time, but I can’t talk too much cause I’m being watched. You know big businesses.

I’m far from pre-k and couldn’t take the heat without a sack lunch. But my homework for the weekend was to take a two-day field trip to the Brooklyn Flea. Saturday was a cruise to hell—90 degrees outside, followed by Sunday’s indoor bank flow. My thrift goons Sophia and James accompanied me as I was set out to see if I still had the golden eye. I found a few goodies but other than the nick-knacks, I’ll make a drive by just for the fresh squeezed watermelon juice. Yea! Think real hard on that one. I had a special moment with that juice I swear.
